Bah... old news that violates certain thermodynamic laws. They take the water, hydrolize it into oxygen and hydrogen and then either burn the hydrogen (oxidizing it back into water for a net loss in energy due to heat generation), or in this case feed the hydrogen into a fuel cell to generate electricity. You need electricity to hydrolize the water and you need a consumable fuel source in your fuel cell to generate electricity. Either way, this car is not "fueled by water". It is most likely fueled by some solid within the fuel cell that must be replaced.

That thing is a guaranteed neck or back breaker. The loop is all wrong. The first public roller coaster with a circular loop broke a couple of backs. This one will eventually. Look at how crushed some of the riders are when they come off the loop. Ugh.

There's no magnetism at work here. It's just a finely machined metal disc on a slightly concave mirror. Nothing but gravity and the momentum imparted initially to the disc. There are no (or very little) imperfections between the edge of the disc and the surface that would normally act as an energy sink, so you get a nice, long spin with an amazing increase in frequency towards the end.

This is a great scam with only one huge problem that is avoided here. Where do you "borrow" an empty house with an open garage in which to pull the scam? Without that, it wouldn't work.

#14 in this case there was no turning back. There's no going around once the belly hits the asphalt. The pilot was committed... therefore it was a fantastic decision to shut down the engines. Why destroy the props and engines when they could be saved?
