I guess you all know what salt/ice/water mix does, and why. But this one of those tricks I tried, and it is not quite like on videos. You can mix all you want, nothing will happen. Melting those ice cubes to cool some water takes a LOT of time. It's not like mix a minute, WOW ITS ICE COLD, actually almost nothing happens (after a minute) The trick that works better, would be smashing the ice in a plastic bag (that's how i did it) and then make a mix, with more ice, less water and salt, small pieces melt faster, thus decresing temp of the mix faster. Any other tips?

I have been on a smaller boat but it was two floors, we had some side waves on a way back, ant the boat was high and not wide, so it started swinging like crazy, I was pretty damn scared, and the bad thing it was swinging too fast to stand up and go down the floor, so I was stuck there holding hard. Actually this is all OK and nothing terrible, I would eat this no prob. But these are how expensive ones are made. There are cheaper hotdog sausages. If you read the label it says, skin emulsion. Thats chicken skins minced in to a paste, and mechanically extracted meat. This is even more interesting. They use bones with tiny bits of meat and make this into a bone paste, which is almost grey. Then they add flavorings, colorings, and some E621,and here we have it! They use all kinds of leftovers for these hotdog sausages. Go to a local supermaket pick the cheapest ones and read the label. than google it. MIND BLOWN.
