This Was NOT produced in Australia. In Australia they would spend a 2 months creating a new road for deverting traffic, then another 2 months removing the old bridge, before spending another 1 removing the temp road again. While doing the work they will destroy the road under the bridge, causing pot holes and then patching it which will cause it to be super bumpy.
Top it off, At any point of time that it started to rain, they would stop working.
If it got to hot, they would stop working and if it got to 5 PM they would go home.
Though don't forget about the smoking breaks.

i use facebook for a couple reasons only.
1. i don't get to see my personal friends very often thanks to working and them moving away.
2. because im doing work to my house and want to show my friends what im doing and its easier then webcam
3. because half my family lives in England and i Live in Australia.
4. Because i can chat to people who i've lived with or have been friends with while travelling the world and keeping in contact with them.
I delete anyone i have not talked to in over 4 months. If i do not talk to you, then your removed. Nothing personal, but if we don't talk, there is very few reasons for these people to be on your list.
You can be on it all day but not actually be on it all day. I generally just leave it open or my phone is logged in, I use it to get messages as its free compared to a SMS.
Beware of games! Really.! Get a life, those games are for one reason only, to make you buy something! I bet you feel like a coke or a dick enlargement right now?
Last of all, I work in IT. i'm on a computer all day anyway. I might as well have communication to the out side world.

In melbourne, the trams have the same sort of system. if you want to turn left. you get into your right lane (we drive on our left) and stop. when the lights go for the other traffic, you then make your turn and continue over the tracks. The trams generally always have right of way, You are not aloud to over take a tram, and you are not aloud to drive past on the lane next to the tram as people could be getting off. You need to stop when they stop and go when they go. I live in Tasmania and know how to drive with them, We don't even have trains in Tasmania! It isn't THAT hard to work out the system!

There are some horrible children out there that would say anything, so i understand where people are coming from, but at the same time you'd think you'd at least wait a while and just make sure the child would be ok, not just walk away. What kind of person are you to just walk away. Different if they have knives or something, but in that case, just call the police.
Also remember that you DO NOT need to wait 24 hours to report a missing person. My best friend went missing and we thought we'd need to wait 24 hours, we waited till midnight, but was told by the police after that the first 24 hours is the most important. 3 months later, he was found. but not alive

They are actually really annoying road trains. If your driving accross Australia at night, you think one is coming, so you pull over. but you can wait for hours because they are soooo far away even though they look only a few hundred meters in front of you.
So warning don't drive at night across australia it will drive you nutty
I think but not 100% sure, i think they have there own speed limit as well, as in they have a higher speed limit then everyone else.

ok so i want to add to this, they are actually building a mountain much higher then that, a friend of my family's is the guy that developed it. its going to be over 800 meters high and will bring the climent down for the whole country.
They are also putting a river in which will go into the center of the dessert.
the equipment has been ordered and the production has started. They are only about 50 meters high so far, but the first stage is quite a hard one, the whole thing will be attached to the rock under the sand.

If you see someone in front of you sliding, stop before you get to that patch if you have the slightest control. aim for a foot path, grass, a pole or something else that may have some sort of grip left on it.

I've seen these before, they cost around 25000 pounds to install and can be put in area's where larger garages can't be put.
For example if you have no personal parking in the street, you can put it under the street parking and will happily support the weight of the car above. you can also put it under grass, a lawn or a path. Very handy. i've always wanted one!

Anyway to much calcium is bad for you. But too much sugar is worse. Maybe this ad is to do with not just lack of milk, but how fat kids are getting? Considering that guy looked pretty fat.

I am a bit over these flash mobs. It was amazing when i first saw one, but its not even a supprice anymore. Every dance group is doing them.
