#1 few advice from the petrol industry.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE you wont act as a hero. You ll probably make wrong choices due to poor and non-comprehensive knowledge of the subject. A.k.a. he took the truck improvising an escape route. What happens if he passed from.. lets say a school at the time the kids are off and the parents are there to pick them up ? What time was it ? Did he know the route he took to the ''safe zone''? What tells him that the tanker would NOT erupt on the way there ? What if a car hit him on an occasional traffic accident while he WAS on fire?
Don't rush to judge heros in this situations. People with poor knowledge trying to do what looks right often end up doing more harm than good. In this case.. you call the pros... and EVACUATE the area as fast as you can. And btw.. the underground tanks would catch fire before the tank exploded. Gasoline gases are heavier than air so the first place to erupt would be the underground tank.
Strongly on the side of #1 here.
If this happens to you.. GO AWAY and call people who are trained to face THIS specific crisis situation. You do NOT know enough.

My brother is 32 (i am 26) and he works with computers every single day of his life. However, EVERY SINGLE damn time.. he needs to download something he has to call me to authorize the site and the method as if I'm websitopedia on his phone. He just doesnt seem to comprehend what to do with torrents, what to do with rar files .. etc etc.. Or if you want the truth of it that you seem to be missing... he refuses to learn something cause its just so much easier to call me and ask where to click to get what he wants faster with almost no effort to understand... now THAT is not tech support!!!

Other than that.. facebook is a TERRIBLE, time wasting whole for people who have no confidence, no personal interests, no hobbies, no friends who want to play with them, no games they re actually good at ... and probably another 1000 things they might have been able to do well at some point in their lives (like talking to a girl/guy they just met) and are no longer able to do. they end up feeling awkward around people.. and once they like someone and they re interested in getting to know him.. their favorite topic is "Are you on facebook?" -Yes -"OMG, so am i!" -......

Basically what happened is they didnt ever plan for this small stream to puff up enough one day for the pipe that was supposed to run it through to fail... Well it did.. the flow was more than it could transfer to the other side.. so it started going through the sides, thus softening the soil and eventually collapsing the unsupported road-bridge.. As a long time bike driver i can tell you 2 things about this video.
1) When you see old ppl driving be patient im sure you want to do your groceries by yourself also when you are 70 and not call your kids to bring it over that might live 2 states away.
2) Driving a bike requires twice as much attention... as you are in 2 wheels with no metal construction covering your head. AKA = When you drive FAST drive on the damn FAST lane... aka FAR LEFT..... When you re driving in a highway as this appears to be... keep your damn eyes on the road..
As food for thought... imagine what would be left of this not very cautious motorcyclist if what he hit was a fuel tanker... not such nice thoughts come to mind right ?
