Litterally, "Banal na aso Santong Kabayo" means "divine dog, holy horse" but this is actually a Filipino idiomatic expression relating to people who are religious (like hell) but dont live with its (church/bible) teachings.

The original song is played like that but not the sound of a horse, a witch(sounds like "hihihihi" laugh instead.

The performer is (biologically) male. I agree this is freaky but he made a very good show!
