While I may get a negative, this is a variation of FC (Facilitated Communication), which has been debunked for years, and preys on the emotions of the parents seeking any hope. As with those other forms, nobody ever asks how a child who was never taught to read and write can communicate through an intermediary with complex expressions (such as her typing "sensory input to block...","our brains are wired different...", etc ), and then correctly spelling such grown-up words without any education.

Remember, in the beginning, only one highly paid theripist saw her typing letters and spelling. Now, with software, a single keystroke makes a full word with computer software (6:44 - as "with" appears" ).

While she may perform in front of other therapists, is it her? At 8:11 she is given a cue by her therapist ("something funny" ) about to press the first key of "Is hhe cute". But it does not appear that it is the letter "I" that she presses on cue.

As with other FC presentations, I think this one needed more of a Penn and Teller approach, removing the facilitator from the room when the child is being interviewed. I feel for the parents, but I don't believe that the person communicating to them is their daughter.
