Agree with #3. It's actually possible to make dense water that's sort-of-similar to this in a lab, but baking soda, vinegar, and salt definitely are not going to do it.

The stupid font choice, misspellings, and vague measurements (a small amount of...) should be hints enough.

It's so refreshing to see Euros think they know more about my country than anyone who actually lives here. I love just driving around pointlessly all day with my ultra-cheap gasoline, polishing my many firearms, and proclaiming to my friends how superior we are to you dirty foreigners. It's a great life. If only I wasn't always occupied being a scared racist all the time and hiding in my basement from terrorists, it would be perfect.

Absolute, unmitigated bullshit.

Subliminally saying a few words related to bicycles may put the idea of bicycle into someone's mind, but it does not cause them to have an overwhelming unexplained desire to have one, especially if they had no use for one in the first place. It would also certainly not make the guy completely forget what he said and wrote in the envelope.

The magic isn't on the guy in the video, it's a con on you; anyone gullible enough to believe it.
