if this was fake the best way to do it is to record the whole thing backwards and replay it forward.
try it... start with a completed rubic cube... record you messing it up.... throw in a countdown timer running backwards...add a little of someone walking backwards through the scene to help...... then replay the video backwards.... looks like your solving it now not messing it up..
