The U.S is told to be the most powerfull country in the world but as these footage shows, it's clear that the so power that is associeted with the U.S. is directed to people who can't do a thing against it even if it is unfair and extremly abusive as we can see here... I think that a country, in order to be a great one, should civilize first the people who are supposed "serve and protect", people that are called cops...but "this" isn't one of those people clearly...It's just a disturbed and sick guy who was given(sadly for a great country) a very wrong job or, a very wrong task
