I'd say it's a definite fake... if you watch the movements of some of the planes (and the lines required) they look impossible. And notice how they didn't show them completing the technical bits (i.e. detil in the eyes, the feathers/wings and cursive writing). Also the image is static, i highly doubt there was not winds at that height.

Australia has a huge list of introduced species (plant and animal) that are wreaking havoc on our land, the sad part is, most were introduced on purpose or left to run wild after escaping domestication (i.e. camels).

Can't remeber where i heard it, but most animals being chased run in a straight line as #1 pointed out, but the theory is that when the predator gets close enough they turn sharply causing the predator to overshoot and loose time. This guys failed to remember that last part.

Morning Glory Clouds are pretty cool, they are a few km high and can move at 60km/hr. I think they are unique to northern Australia.

I've cut a few gold balls open just to see what's inside before and i know alot of the cheaper ones had what looked like tightly bound ball rubber bands, others had a harder more dense rubber compound. The outer shell is a type of plastic so also quite malleable.

So it doesn't supprise me in the least they behave this way when smashed against something hard.

Imperial measurements ARE still used in most countries despite what #10 says. Ask a person how tall they are and you get an answer in feet and inches, go to a hardware and you still get 1/8 and 3/16 bolts.

As already mentioned 1" (1 inch) = approx. 2.5cm, and 1' (1 foot) = approx. 30cm. Think of it this way and it's pretty easy to get a feel for measurements (give it a go #2).

Failing that get a tape measure or your iphone.

The firing rate is dodgy (look at him pulling the trigger vs the number hitting the board). The nails used (seen at the end) have large heads on them which don't work in a nail gun. Also the banter of the other workers and the bad acting by all gives it away!

As for being fat, there's a number of studies out saying that aussies are fatter than americans per capita, however, the stats compare two completely different methods and classifications on what obese actually is.
