#8 the bike was in the Taxi/Bus lane. Only emergency vehicles can drive there next to public transport. It is only allowed to cross the lane for a turn, parking or emergencies. (and the bike was to fast).

#13 Have you ever been out driving and you hear a siren but you can't figure out where it is coming from. Sometimes it is difficult to judge the distance a siren is from you. The "stutter" sounds like a horn honking to me. That sound must bee what they use to say "I am behind you get out of the way!"

In Tasmania, you must try to hit the Police 3 times before they even decide to chase you! (this happened Yesterday) nothing happened, they waited for the guy to come back 3 fricking times before they decided to do anything about it! No budget for police in Tasmania, so they don't bother even turning up half the time...
