99% this one is staged. or the viral advert for 'BASS elevators'.
no one would risk with lawsuits, heart attacks and badly beaten-up girl just for a 5 minute video.

As far as the idea that only in the US do law suits happen all the time,
why is it that all over Europe and Asia everyone has a dash cam to
protect themselves from law suits? Hmmmm? I have never seen that in the US.

It can be very dangerous to do something like that with the "wrong" person that reacts in a... not so predictable way. Most people would probably react like those in the elevator in the given situation. Since it's the typical quick scare they're going for.
