Its not a powered minibike. Its a non-motorized toy bike, if you look closely you can see monkey is being yanked back and forth quite hard by a leash around his neck! Animal abuse, Poor Monkey, Run, monkey run.

Hi... i'm from Indonesia

This street attraction known as "Topeng Monyet" or mongkey masked. The minibike is not a EP (electric powered) or GP (gas powered). To run the minibike, the monkey is being yanked back and forth quite hard by a rope leashed around his ne.
