@moskwiz - That bully you are referring too is a wrestler by the name of "Dr. D" David Schultz.
this made headlines back December of 84 (could have been 85 but pretty sure it was 84). Schultz was fired shortly after this happened, although many believe that too be a Kayfabe story and believe the real reason for schultz being Fired was due too a backstage fall out with Mr T
The reporter did file a law suit but settled out of court Just shy of $1/2 Million i believe.
Not bad for two slaps.
