#3 There is a special valve on those tanks informing you when it is full. It makes loud popping noise and imo that's why he went running to cut off the stream. In perfect conditions it's a safe system, but should be serviced once a year. I guess this guy knew something was wrong with his tank or valve because normally it cuts off the excess of gas but this guy went running like crazy.

I think it is a methane gas tank not LPG, i have left my LPG for 20 minutes on full until i unplug it and there is no such danger, which leads me to the conclusion that this is "methane gas tank" which is not that stable as LPG, but less chaper....

#7 only issue with your methane tank theory is I doubt there is any pumps at the average fuel station whereas lpg is much more likely, probably just a failed safety valve on the tank

With so many different pressure tanks around the world today without exploding,
I'll just say errare est humanum...

Hmmzz..but what if it leaks "fuel". You need some kind of ignition right? I think he was electrostaticly charged and when he touched the hose he discharged on the hose causing a spark and explosion? Something like that i guess.

#10 No, the gas did not ignite. it blew the tank due to too high pressure.
If the gas had ignited it would have been a completely different ending to that video.
