Wow. WTF and why? That was an incredibly dickish and major league asshole stunt. Imagine the concussive & sound wave force on the dog's body and ears. That was simply cruel. Not funny in the slightest. You want prank people with explosives fine, they will respond if not harmed, but sleeping dogs? Really? We have bred them to trust us and be our companions for this? They deserve better.

i think they didn't know the dog was lying there.
they don't start laughing until it was clear the dog was not hurt.
if they wanted to prank the dog they would've laughed the moment he ran away.

#8 I don't see what is wrong when done well. When people are trapped and there is no other solution, you can blow a part of the wall. Using explosives doesn't necessarily mean blowing everything up... Maybe in this case the room/space the dog was in was big enough for this procedure to be safe. I don't know, and you don't as well. Putting a small detonation device can make a hole in a wall.
Ok, wasn't the case here.

But please, enlighten me, and tell me what really happened then ?

#9 if the dog would have been trapped the people would have been cheering instead of laughing.

#4 read #5 i think he is more right than you are :) they would have been giggling and laughing right from the start, not after the dog came out and seemed to be ok

Poor dog that used to have superior hearing to humans will now have Permanent ringing in it's ears (tinnitus) all because some asshole thought this was funny.
I hope the guy who did this gets some nasty disease and suffers more in life.
