I was expecting a parody but i think it will be realy like this. The video from google self is just a bit to good to be true. Speech recognition is still not that good and you see it in this video. And i don't know yet how the glasses is controlled but if it's voice only then it wont be that good.

And to be honest, i don't want to push buttons on the side of my google glasses every time. I think you then can better use a smartphone.

I was expecting the number of a suicide line to pop up when he headed for the roof.

#1 then deny all the technology you are using coz either you are technology slave or a 100% human. If this somehow become the part of our lives, you will got one like everybody just to catch up. Its not about conformity but not being close-minded.

Reminds me of mobile phones and older people back in the early-mid 90's. Technology just keeps moving out - you won't however. That's why we all turn into the grumpy old person that goes "things used to be better". Just the sad truth. We're the youth today and the elder tomorrow.

#8. Actually, some things did used to be better. And some things used to be worse. The trick comes in figuring out which is which.

New, different, ground-breaking and cutting edge, doesn't necessarily equate to 'better'. But fortunately for Google, the world is full of people who will embrace anything and everything 'new', no matter what.

I stand on the sidelines and observe all the sheep helplessly manipulated by the Marketing Masters. Like lambs to the slaughter, they are so amusing... in a sad kind of way... :S

These are stupid. Really? Glasses? Are people that hooked to their devices that they have to be literally in their eyes all day?! So lame.
