I wonder if speed wobbles would be audible at that kind of speed. Usually they are lower than the lowest frequency the human ear can detect as sound.

Then again, gyroscopic forces are probably so strong at that point, that the wheels stabilize themselves the more speed they pick up - until they reach their structural limits and blow up.

François Gissy piloted his home-made rocket-powered mountainbike to 263km/h. The bike was powered by a hydrogen peroxide broke the previous record of 242.6km/h (150 mph) on a track near Mulhouse, eastern France.

it's a bike, not a motorcycle.
Motorcycle world record is over 600km/h (+375mph) by Rocky Robinson.

is it a misprint? 263km/h is not very fast - like 165 MPH - I think the record is over 600 km/h or 370 mph -
