The product is called "Stan's Tire Sealant" and is meant to be used in conjunction with Stan's tubeless tire conversion.

#1 it looks like some of that instant tire repair kit stuff you spray in and drive. But this looks like a much more advanced system or just a more advanced way of doing it.

Personally I think (but I am obviously no expert ) that last demo gives it away , its a liquid that reacts very quick to air just , and i'm wondering if the tire's can be filled with normal air or a inert gas..

Looks great but honestly i'd be worried about the tire pressure , nowhere do they show you that back wheel with his weight on it after , I put money on it each time its stabbed the pressure drops and eventually you end up with a flat anyways.

this is indeed some pretty old tech, we have been using this kind of sealing foam in our tractor tieres for over 14 years now, but i must admit this is the first time i´v seen it used in bike tires, we even tried it on my old bike once years ago and that didnt work.
