I don't understand how people can mistreat animals they way billy was...I used to manage a photolab in S.E. London, one of our main customers was the R.S.P.C.A...and although billy was obviously mistreated, compared to some of the animals in some of the films I had to print he was one of the lucky ones. What some people do to animals is...quite literally....sickening. R.I.P Billy...you were loved in the end.

Unfortunately there are a lot of puppy mills in Pennsylvania, some, but not all, run by Amish families in Lancaster County. Please don't buy from them, because you will support the kind of people who maintain those mills and profit from those poor dogs. It is beyond me how people can be happy treating animals like that. Faith in humanity destroyed!
