It seems like this guy (he calls himself 'train rider') has a death wish: he's riding on top of the ICE, reaching speeds above 300 km/h. For a (subtitled) documentary, see this video.

Man, he died at 21 years old, and not from anything related to extreme stunts. I wonder if knowing you're going to die gives you the confidence or carelessness to do things like this. Cheers mate.

s1lent, is quite correct. This death was basically a 'decoy', if you will, to discourage the authorities tracking him down and prosecuting him. He is alive and well, living in Belgium!
