#1 clearly you havent worked in a construction site...usualy men who work there are not your common smart people, but, they are smart at theyr job, it takes more time to do this, and when the time goes by, the payment is much larger, for example your tipical guy in romania won't work without payment + 1 or 2 packs of cigarets+ 2L beer/1 shot of tuica(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C8%9Auic%C4%83) ..so yeah don't try to argue with them,they know best why is circus performance is needed there. crapy english as always. sorry

At the end of the video they say " We are the first in Europe to use this method". Perhaps, but it is common in Africa.
