Euro is the currency in a lot of the nations which is a member of the European Union (some countries still use their own currency, like the UK, Sweden etc)
At the moment 1 Euro is ca 1,67 US Dollars (As you can see, 1 Euro is worth more than USD. But that's not saying much, since the USD has dropped in value like hell lately.)

Euro is only more then USD cause our government is crap which the US government is (Pretty much) owned by a bunch of elitists... And those elitists are friends with the Israeli and European Elitists. (Israeli's and European elitist are all rich... along with American elitist but European and Israeli elitists are mainly bankers.)
But, Back to the video. My comment about this is:

The US Dollar is low as shit because the American economy is fucked up at the moment. If you wanna blaim that on the goverment, fine, do so.. Might it also have something to do with the fact that alot of US citizens borrowed more money to buy a house than they could afford? Hmm..
I'm glad the dollars is low as shit, it just means I save a metric shitload of money everytime i buy something from Amazon, Ebay and ThinkGeek..

Personally I think it's pretty simple.
The US economy goes to hell = US Dollar drops like hell.
Does anyone else see a resemblance between the economy in the US at the moment, and the economy in Soviet Union just before the fall of the 'mighty' Union?
