Carlos Mencia is racist, not funny, and a failure. He copies a great person. And fails to copy him good. Dave(In short) is the person he's copying.

Then he has this crap with stereo types and he makes fun and retards when even a retard is better then his ignorant *** THEN he get kicked off(Thankfully)comedy central! That only one thing good about his show! It DIDN'T LAST LONG!!! Which is very good..

And Joe Rogan is only known for his trashtalking about Carlos..
More and more people are getting 'famous' despite of actually accomplishing something.. (Only difference between Joe Rogan and Paris Hilton is that she actually followed up on her way to fame and made a sex video)

If Carlos Mencia can make a joke funnier than some other douchebag, why not?
(And it's inevitable that someone, someday will come up with a similar or identical joke. Come on, who didn't think of who were gonna build the fence between USA and Mexico? I'm from Norway and even I thought that when I saw it on YouTube)
