Seems quite efficient! I wonder how well it would work as an execution system, might be messy but oh... it's quick.

Shredding drives, okay, but the rest of the machine?! Not exactly an environmentally-friendly way to dispose of it :'(

#4 Actually a bullet to the head would be faster, not to mention more humane than shredding a person to death.

For all you sensitive enviromnetal types...The material is sorted AFTER it's shredded for re-cycling. Relax, no one killing the planet with plastic. Geesh!

If you watch it backwards, it's about a wonderful machine that magically builds computers, laptops and hard drives

Seen a few videos of the larger scale one of those machines and they use it for shredding dead animals...Horses Cows Pigs etc and they are every bit as efficient as this one is....

#4 and the rest. Believe me or not but machines like this are used to "destroy" deat cattle. Cows, horses, sheep and such.

EDIT: #16 i did not see your comment. You are right.

The hard bit would be sourcing new parts to repair them!... :D

#12 you dont really believe that, do you... anyone with working brain would do that in the exact opposite way - 1st to sort out metalic and plastic parts, boards with electric components, then to shred them. To shred and then to sort is utter bullcrap. Also many harddrives must be destroyed in the magnetic smelter because of sensitive (mainly goverment) data.
