the bike is very light, they use springs in the bike and they have very soft tires. And very good brakes off course. But it still amazing.

This video would be better if instead of fences it was hookers and instead of a bike it was a bloke bareback riding a kangeroo.

i worked in a bicycle shop for 6 years on and off. the tires are regular tires. they run low air pressure in the tire for grip, with a smooth street tread. the bike prolly weigh 15-17 lbs. my race bmx bike weighed 21 lb and it was a factory team frame. their frames are a little different as it has no seat. i cant tell you the all the specs. for trial bikes cause we did carry them, but i can tell you that it definitely does not have shocks on it. lol. only mountain bikes have shocks on them.

a quick look at this pic:
alum. frame and fork
double walled alum. rims and hubs
alum. cranks and a 28T chain ring(28 tooth front sprocket)
alum. neck and handle bars
the frame alone weighs less than 5 lbs. these guys bikes are prolly worth $2500+. all the parts are custom made to the rider specs. but they get paid the big $$$ to do these crazy stunts.

it took me awhile before I realized that the bike had no seat. I guess if you bust your nuts enough times that you learn your lesson and take the seat off LOL
really cool video, wicked stunts!!
I'm learning alot from watching these videos, like that the bikes are totally different depending upon what kind of tricks you're going to do (flatland or trials, whatever) I learned something new today!! now I just need to eat a vegetable and I'm set for the day!!

@ #8 there are no springs on a trials bike buddy! The frames have to be as stiff and rigid as possible in order to stand up to all the stress put through them

Thats some sweet moves right there, my question is how did he not pop a tire on some of those?

#17 he rides on tires which are already nearly flat so inside the tire there is no way the pressure can build up to pop it
