She is from UK and to me she seems to enjoy what she is doing on stage.
Do you need to be grown up to be talented? Are parents stupid to let their kid excel in one particular skill?
Seeing a kid doing an unbelievable performance doesn't necessary mean that he/she was forced to.

It is not about how hard your moves are but how well your moves match the rhythm of the music. The girl nailed down and put the boy into his place. :P
