You would think that after a while the girl would get suspicious of such a large order being placed by a lone customer.Even her manager/co-worker never seemed concerned. I wonder what country that video was shot in. The hired help all looked Asian.

well, the servers are thought not to question, what if HE has the money? So it is not their business, they only TAKE orders.
