actually the bird-in-air shots are staged (studio) ... i would be interested what those birds really would do if they would be taken' on a flight.

I may have dreamt it, but I think I have seen something like this on discovery one time, except it was an eagle. I think it was injured and couldn't fly anymore so they took him up in one of those things. Possibly. The penguin was cute though XD
