when you live in a country where you get that sort of ice on the roads, you should have winter spiked ice tires, or at least put chains over your tires. But most people never do. And its funny to watch.

If I wanted snow,ice and freezing weather I would go up north and spend a few days but I sure as hell would not want to live in a place like that.
