250kg is roughly the weight of 3 grown men, so there should be about 4G total on the spine, constantly. As long as you are perfectly balanced, it should be okay - however not very comfortable for your head and neck. You do not wanna try to catch it falling though. Just let it slide off and crash to the ground if you loose balance. You can buy a new bike cheaper than herniated disc or broken neck treatment will cost you, not just in cash but also in invaluable life quality.

It's well known that this particular brand of motorbike has a built in padded hat under the gearbox for just this kind of loading :|

#2 I think it weighs closer to 150 kg. Remember that all bikes are built as light weight as possible. I have a 600cc that is bigger than the one in the video, and it weighs 190kg. My old bike, which was the Daelim Roadwin 125cc (which is a very popular size in asia) had a dry weight on 135kg. Not saying this to make the video less impressive, i think it goes without saying that this dude has balls :P

That guy used to be 6'4" before he started loading motorcycles that way. :D
Very impressive technique, not just for the amount of weight he lifts but also
for the balance it takes.
