#1 Please. Violence is violence no matter who performs it. It's *never* fine. I got disgusted when I saw the women and men laughing at it in the video.
A while back a woman stabbed her husband to death. I guess that's laughable too because it was a woman doing it?
Once mankind actually starts to treat everyone equally, regardless of gender or ethnicity and so forth then we might evolve to a greater race.

#1 Your comment sums up the problem perfectly....
How id it VERY different..??? How is it MORE serious..??
people think that men can defend themselves so it's ok for a woman to be abusive...?
ok? If a woman is abusive the man should just give her a slap and everything will be ok..?
Its hard enough for a woman to admit she is being abused and seek help never mind for a male!!
Violence should be dealt with by the police regardless of gender/age..

#1 Listen to #2 and #3...they've got the right of it. What I found even more shocking was the level of abuse demonstrated by the girl was a whole level or two more violent than when the man did it. Then not only was there no interference from by-standers, the majority of them just laughed. I may not have stepped in and said anything because I'm not immune to the bystander effect, but I'd like to think I wouldn't stand there and chuckle. Abuse sucks.

So are most of you guys saying that the abused person should just stand there and take the punishment?
Or should they use violence to defend themselves? Saying violence is always bad sounds like letting the abuser have their way with you. So what should you do?
When in doubt,knock'em out.

#2 just like Bobby used to sing :
..Until the philosophy which hold one race superior
And another..Inferior, Is finally..And permanently ...Discredited..And abandoned -
Everywhere is war - Me say war.
That until there no longer.. First class and second class citizens of any nation
Until the colour of a man's skin..Is of no more significance than the colour of his eyes -
Me say war.

Agree to everything.
But for me the most disturbing thing was how stupid people are in England.
I remember myself at the Russian millionaire festival New Wave - one man was dragging a woman into the car while she was acting awful ("you looked at her.. I know what you did with her" bullshit). And I remember all the bystanders were on the mans side, although it might have looked for an Englishman like he's abusing her. And than a policeman was walking by and he helped to calm the woman not the man
