Yes, a lot of videos are ancient, but Snotr it's not even a year since Snotr was launched (birthday coming up in a little more than a week).. Should we not approve a funny/interesting/or in other ways special videos just because they were made before Snotr was officially launched? 
Make a new video that people (other people than just you) will enjoy and submit it, I dare you.. 
Either that or just keep bitchin'.. It's up to you..

I'm fairly sure it's from a show caled skithouse, an aussie sketch comedy. The chick is Cal Wilson, she's a kiwi comedian. I'd recommed the show to anyone. Some very goo stuff in it.
