I am feeling very unfit and old right now...(I am, but that made it worse!)

#6 I think he is fine. He might spend more time in the gym than anyone but that what makes him great at what he is, just like what it makes great professionals excellent at their profession. Also, is body strength is extremely balanced, unlike of those body builders with excesive muscles. The only weight you need to be able to lift is your own bodyweight.
