That is not a hang glider , it is an UltraLite plane attached to the rubber boat. Looks like a cool way to site-see on that island.

#13, Saddam had been doing that ON PURPOSE for decades! He gassed tens of thousands of Iraqi Kurds and was torturing and murdering scores of citizens daily.
And when they are shooting at you it is not murder,it's war. These chicken bastards even stand in crowds of women and kids to shoot at the Americans knowing that return-fire is coming their way. Those terrorists/insurgents have no honor and no concern for their fellow Iraqis who just want the homicide-bombings stopped.
