Bush is a puppet so who cares how stupid he is? He doesn't do the decisions. He simply does the orders.

Plus, I personally think he was drugged. No one can get stupid that quick. If they did get stupid real quick is would be like falling on head with amnesia or brain damaged and bush is just simply slow... not retarded. Also, He was fine like 10 years ago. He(Nor anyone else) CANNOT get that stupid in 10 years.

Along with Bush's popularity, political humor has dropped to an all time low.
This movie pretty much proves it.
