There is treatments for this, but i guess it costs a lot of money unless you are covered by state welfare. "Excess skin removal" or other terms are widely used, tummy tuck etc. I hope his video will somehow help him to get something that would help him reach that goal. He says he is happy with himself, but i think he just has to say that, cause the alternative is so sad and maybe hard to deal with. If he truly was happy, he wouldn't feel the need to cover himself up, so i personally hope for that he can get a surgery to look normal again. I would also add that i personally would never judge him, but we all know how hatefull and judgemental the world can be in the public, so yea, for his sake, to feel good, i hope he can get a surgery.

#3 Not helpful muppet!! To John, totally the right attitude and good luck for the future. I'm as far from gay as you can get but just to say you are a good looking guy.

That's what happens if you lose weight too fast. Your body needs to adjust properly or you'll end up looking like that. It's (imo) questionably worse than before. There is surgery to fix that but you'll end up with some nasty scars all over your body, obviously. If I recall they try to put the scars in places where you can "hide" them, like for example where your underwear waist line is.

#9 u saying if you lose it slower, the skin contracts? Not sure that'd work. Sounds plausible but where have you heard or read because that'd be very interesting.
BTW- dude in the video, big props, own that you made bad decisions earlier in life and this is where you are, it may not be pleasant to look at, but dude you did it and F the loose skin, you're much healthier now. Keep up the good work.

#10 No, not from that. There are many guides on how to lose weight properly without, or at least with minimal excess skin. It just takes more time but the end result is worth it. Always make sure you do your research before jumping into things like this. It's very expensive to get rid of the excess skin through surgery and the result from that isn't pretty - unless you like scars.
I can't put enough wording into how important it is to read up before you start losing a lot of weight. Plan ahead! It'll be worth it in the end.
#12 When you lose weight, and especially when you lose weight very quickly, these elastic components of your skin not only lose the layers of fat that keep them stretched out over your body, but they also don’t have much time for their elasticity to adapt to your new shape.
There is a lot of information about this.

The skin is extremely elastic and he is young. The skin will slowly return to its normal state. There is no need for surgical intervention. He just lost too much weight in too short of a time so the skin did not have enough time to retract. So now he will have to wait now. But good job to the him doing this.
