It is a kind and needed thing that Joe is doing but I hope he is taking precautions against getting lice from cutting all that unwashed hair. :S

#8 Dont you know you dont get lice from unwashed hair? I know A LOT of homeless people due to my volunteer work..dont know one with lice..on the other hand..i know dozen of kindergarten kids with lice..and many of them got overprotective parents..
(Even catched lice from one of them)
