Making it look like this, keeps vandalism very low, even the biggest douchebag gets a feeling of comfort. The toilet in the store I worked was damaged every week. But making it look nice, stopped almost 90% of vadalism. We just added a few plants, paintings, a rack with magazines, books and random decoration.
