It seems as though as the water pressure built-up @ 1:38 it started the car moving.

#2 sorry to say it, but Norwegians are not like that. But, America on the other hand, that's a country where things has taken things to the outer limits of stupidity on what you can sue people for.

Only a bit more info. Tried to find a news article from 2012 in vain.

#1 Forget other cars... imagine there was no guardrail and it crashed down into someone's house while they were having dinner or something and started an even bigger fire.

Since most newer cars are electronic, I wonder if it started rolling because the circuit between Park and the wheel brakes was severed? In older cars things like this were mechanical.

Maybe they should chock the wheels. Truly glad the guardrail held and the car did not end up in one of the houses below.

Looked like the high-pressure water started the car rolling. It never moved until the pumper truck got wound-up good. If you turn up the sound you can hear it.

#8 They don't design cars so that they need a constant stream of electricity to keep the parking brakes going. This happened because of some other reason, maybe the driver left the car without pulling the brakes.

First fire and then the breaks! That car was definitely doomed! :'(

He tried to get into the car to stop it??
That's some bravery.

I think he tried to reach for the steering wheel to get the car to turn left into the sidewall.

Thanks ringmaster , so #9 and I were both right...it was the fire hose that got it rolling.

2 trains on their way to a head-on collision in Norway; both engineers drunk out of their minds. Do they hit each other? Nope. Norse is Norse, and soused is soused, and never the trains shall meet. :P
