Is he missing his arms or are they in his shirt?

I think they're missing. Doesn't look like there's room for the arms in the shirt.

I seriously doubt the guy would learn to play that good with his feet if he had arms to do it too.

This guy is performing at Balboa Park in San Diego, I saw him the last time I was there. I wonder what kind of calluses he has on his toes lol

I'm in the biz, and i'll never moan about my fingers hurting or my carpal tunnel ever again!
He's a true testiment to the spirit of a real musician!
I wish I knew his name! We could all learn from this wonderful human being! OctaviaBlues.com

This guy plays out of San Diego Balboa Park...I used to go there a lot and watch him. Actually caught sight of him setting up once. He's only missing one arm, the other he tucks in his shirt.

Plays some amazing songs with his feet though. Not just strumming rythm, but picking out some lead melodies...really awesome!

Actually, jonesccj, he really is missing both his arms. He was born without 'em. Here's a link about his story: http://abilitymagazine.com/Mark-Goffeney.html

There's quite a few videos of him up on YT if you just search for Mark Goffeney. He's in a band as well called Big Toe: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=83296967
