How does the sound of the explosion coincide with the sight of it?

#5 What DO you know about Russians that makes you think so?
And they will use nukes in consequence of what?
This Donetsk factory of chemical reagents already was hit by OTR-21 Tochka (Tochka-U) at 20.09.2014 by Ukrainian armed forces. At that time it contained near to 2.5 thousand tons of industrial explosives. Luckily it hit empty workshop.
By the way, 20.09.2014 - is also the day when third humanitarian aid convoy of 195 trucks from Russia arrived in Donetsk.
This video shows second hit by Tochka-U (most likely) which occurred in the night of 08.02.2015.
By the way, 08.02.2014 - is also the day when thirteenth humanitarian aid convoy of more than 170 trucks from Russia arrived.
