These beams do not look like that they are 'heavy'. Aluminum!

#9 & #10 They are precast hollow-core prestressed concrete deck slabs.
That is most likely a parking garage as that type of material is
commonly used for that purpose. They are much lighter than solid slabs
and yet have great load-carrying capacity.

#14 Why would you think a public parking garage would have to have glass walls or windows?
Most are open with a perimeter wall or cables to keep cars from going over the edge.

look .. i'm an architect.. i don't need examples.. you can build a brick garage, concrete garage, metal garage, carved in stone garage... (as for construction) it can be clad in titanium, glass, carbon fibre..... actually i dont think nobody needed this sort of patronizing... you can do what ever you fucking want with a garage.. i just think this is not a garage
