besides already having a lock on the door it is just as effective to buy a new insert with a lock

Great for securing hotel doors when you travel. All you need to pack is a dozen forks, a vice, a hack saw and a permanent marker....

This guy is trying to hard to narrate like the How it's made guy. He then places the fork into the door latch, he then sticks it in the vice, then he pounds it with a hammer, he then saws the handle off! :D

I would buy Sesame. It is a "little" bit more expensive then the fork though :D

#4 I always use a wooden wedge on the floor to lock the door.( especially if I have to travel far, and there are only cheap motels). And put a chair in front of it, so it has top make noise when someone breaks in.

a child could push this open.
why not just repair the lock that was already on the door.
