Has anyone told them that this isn't normal!

Do you think this is the Russian equivalent to the Mot**er *uckers we have in the UK who stop for no reason in front of poor unsuspecting drivers (usually solo often female drivers) causing a minor collision then a group of them usually two, three or four young males in the car in front claim for whiplash and all other manor bullshit things. If this ever happens to you here are a couple of tips by the way.
1) One of them will always come over and look in your car...Why! they are looking for camera's that may prove they just scammed you.
2) Smile and say nothing about the accident, Stay in your car, tell them you have a wheelchair waiting at home and a helper to assist you to get out.
3) Tell them your dashcam will have recorded the incident and your father/Son (depending on your age) who's a police officer will deal with it for you.
4)say goodbye
