I think part of it is his ability to get his legs up closer to him when he is at the highest point.... nice jump!

@ #7 The man and the jump are REAL. John Wendling played college football for the Wyoming Cowboys and was drafted into the NFL by the Buffalo Bills in 2007. He is well known for his jumping abilities. Everything I have seen on youtube says it is real.Everything on the internet says it is real. I have searched for Audi commercials with John in them and have found none. caives please show us the Audi commercial you are referring to , it does not seem to exist except in your head.

Why should it be fake? Patrik sjöberg jumped 193 cm from standing when he was at his peak. 66 inches is only 175 cm which means that this guy sucks

@ #9 Are you brain dead or just really can't see the difference here? Wendling did a 3 step jump from an upright stance and cleared the 66" hurdle and he is only 6'2" AND just a football player. sjoberg is 6'7" and a trained high-jumper who usually clears the bar after a run at it and then flopping over the bar on his back in Olympic fashion. If he ever did an upright jump like Wendling and cleared 193 cm no one would be too surprised I think since jumping is his sport.
Since Patrik was arrested for cocaine use and possession I wonder what has become of him. He was a great jumper in his day.
