I think he only served a few years cause of a technicality or something, not sure, would have to look it up. The only reason guys like that survive prison in australia is cause they are put into solitary confignment or are kept with other child molesters. If they were introdeced to the rest of the inmates, they'd be dead before they even got to their cell.

in any prison the goof should of been slit, what a goof take this off, its disgusting they should look him up till he dies of old age with out canteen only bread and water, hell even house arrest him till he dies,and give him enough money to live in the house no electricty no computer no t.v. nothing, let him roat knowing he can see outside but cant leave

that guy reminds me of an old german landlord of mine 
but we where talking about the rent and things that had to be done to the appartment but he reacted the same aggressive/mentalsick way like that guy. same statue, same age strange stuff.
those people are hopeless and should have complete housearrest, i agree. no commucation to the outside world exept over a observed/secure line. and especially no books in libraries, wtf!?

I believe everyone deserves a fair trial. And people here in Australia 99% of the time do get that. But the overwhelming public are sick to death of the soft sentencing that occurs after someone is found guilty. I remember a few years ago, a guy got 3 years for a murder. A FREAKIN MURDER for crying out loud. I know each trial is different, and should be judged accordingly. But if someone is found guilty of a crime, it would be nice to see them get the full sentence for once. Some child molesters can be rehabilitated, especially it they are young and were molested themselves and dont know any better. But this man is of an older age, and would definately know whats right and wrong. Why should people like that be a burden on tax payers. People like that cant be rehabilitated, cause in their opinions, they arnt doing anything wrong. To go after a defenceless child, proves that your absolute weak scum. The children they molest get a life sentence, why shouldnt the molester??? Maybe I was too harsh with the hanging comment i made earlier.
Maybe some torture is in order...

#20 i didnt say that he shouldnt be punished highly, i just thought that in australia the judgement sentence was very high. now i guess not. i was wrong. though, im against torture, only if you practiced it. i think he should be raped till the end of his days. thats the best way for him to understand the harm hes doing to that poor children. but there is no law saying that, so i would be glad if he got arrested permanently. thats the highest he can get, at least in my country. dont be so cruel, its not good for you. and dont smoke, thats even worse.

Who watches the watchers? There are crimes far worse than what had happened there. There are crimes way worse where the person who did it never got caught in the first place.

Just wondered if everyone that is saying he should only be punished then set free to commit his crime again would say the same if it was there 5 year old kid that was analy raped then had there throat slit by some pedo .Hang the bast*rds shoot them kill them anyway just save some other poor kid going through the same they do not deserve to live.

I believe in fair trials and stuff too but this creature doesn't deserve that. Sometimes a death sentence is the way to pusnish some criminals. But in the case of this monster, only after some long and very painful torture.
