Exquisite Watches

Time is always in motion. This is never more apparent than when you're running late for an appointment and you're stuck in traffic, but there are definitely better and far less frustrating ways to visualize the fourth dimension. Even though humans seem to have a natural propensity for keeping time (how many times do you catch yourself tapping your feet to music?), we've often found a need to create ways and tools to better track it. As with anything, we prefer it to be beautiful. Nothing else come close to the amazing timepieces in this video. Their intricate, complicated movements show the dedication of skilled artisans and a ceaseless passion for marking, recording, displaying the inescapable passage of time.

I, on the other hand, won't. I see no point in having a watch that doesn't do the one thing that it should do - tell me the time at a glance.
