Yes, true #2 and #3.. and also the rush for Lenin's birthday and the Challenger launch despite weather issues...placing schedules and events before safety...ugh

The Apollo 1 disaster had nothing to do with nylon. The problem was the very high concentration of oxygen in the capsule, which is what was brought up and not properly addressed.
That's such a basic factual error that I have to doubt much of the rest of the video - pretty much anything I don't already know to be true.

After seeing this, I started wondering if being an astronaut could be one of the most dangerous jobs. Found this article: http://www.penmachine.com/2003/02/is-being-astronaut-most-dangerous-job.html
