If you dampen clothing, and then pour gasoline LIGHTLY on a small patch, you can easily wear your pants and light them on fire for a brief period of time as long as you immediately put out the fire once the gasoline has been burned.

This tit probably used some kind of oil, which doesn't burn very quickly, or let whatever flammable fluid he used soak into the fabric. Yay for idiots and the internet!
